Assembly accuracy of iron frame aluminum alloy folding table: How to ensure the stability of the overall structure?

Control of machining precision of parts

To ensure the overall stability of the iron frame aluminum alloy folding table, we must first start with the machining precision of parts. For the iron frame part, the tolerance range of the cutting length and diameter of the steel pipe should be strictly controlled within a very small range, such as the cutting length error should be controlled within ±1 mm, and the diameter tolerance should not exceed ±0.2 mm. The edge processing of the aluminum alloy tabletop should be flat and smooth, with uniform thickness and a deviation of no more than ±0.5 mm. Precision-machined parts can fit better during assembly and reduce structural looseness caused by size differences.

Selection of high-quality connection accessories

Connection accessories play a key role in assembly. High-strength bolts, nuts and washers should be selected, and their materials should have good anti-corrosion ability and mechanical properties. The thread accuracy of the bolts should be high, and they should fit tightly with the nuts and be able to withstand large tensile and shear forces. For example, heat-treated alloy steel bolts with a strength grade of 8.8 or above are used to effectively ensure the stability of the connection parts. At the same time, the size of the washers should be compatible with the bolts and nuts to evenly disperse the pressure and prevent damage to the surface of the parts.

Execution of assembly process specifications

The assembly process must strictly follow the standard process. When assembling the iron frame, pre-assemble the steel pipes according to the design requirements, use special clamps to fix the position, and then tighten them after ensuring that the angles and connection points are accurate. For the connection between the aluminum alloy tabletop and the iron frame, a multi-point fixing method is adopted, such as evenly distributing at least 6 connection points around the tabletop. The assembly workers need to tighten the bolts according to the specified torque value. The torque is generally controlled between 10-15 Nm to avoid deformation of parts due to over-tightening or looseness due to over-loosening.

Inspection and debugging after assembly

After the assembly is completed, a comprehensive structural stability test should be carried out. By simulating the actual use scenario, a certain amount of pressure, tension and impact force are applied to the table to observe whether there is shaking, deformation or abnormal sound. For example, place a 50 kg weight in the center of the tabletop to check the force of the table legs and connection parts. If problems are found, debug in time, adjust the tightness of the connection parts or correct the parts until the table passes various tests and meets the standard of structural stability.

Establishment of quality control system

Establishing a sound quality control system is a long-term and effective measure to ensure assembly accuracy and structural stability. From raw material procurement inspection, to parts processing process monitoring, to assembly link spot checks and finished product inspections, we have strict control at every level. We regularly conduct skill training and assessments for assembly workers to improve their assembly level and quality awareness, ensuring that each iron frame aluminum alloy folding table can be presented with high assembly accuracy, providing users with a stable and reliable use experience.
